What is Heart Attack?
A heart attack occurs when the flow of blood in heart is disrupted. The blockage is most often a buildup of fat, cholesterol and other substances, which form a plaque in the arteries that feed the heart (coronary arteries). A plaque may occasionally burst and generate a clot that restricts blood flow. The damaged or destroyed cardiac muscle can be caused by the blood flow being obstructed.
What is the difference between HEART ATTACK and HEART FAILURE?
A Heart attack happens suddenly when one of the arteries gets blocked and the heart muscles get damaged.
Heart failure is a chronic illness in which the heart is unable to pump enough blood to all parts of the body. All of the conditions listed below can lead to heart failure.

Exercise stress test
Echocardiogram: It is similar to a sonogram, evaluation of pumping of heart will be there.
Treatment :
Surgeries
Heart Bypass surgery: Heart bypass surgery: Circumventing obstructed arteries with blood flow.
