Uses and effectiveness:
For Wounds: Turmeric naturally has antiseptic, anti-bacterial, anti-viral properties which can be effective for wounds and cuts.
How to use: Take a pinch of turmeric powder and mix it with water, apply it on wounds.
Hay fever: Taking turmeric by mouth seems to reduce hay fever symptoms such as sneezing, itching, runny nose, and congestion.
For sore throats: during winters we often get an itchy throat, medicine might take time to reduce the soreness. Turmeric seems to be very effective to throat infections that it can reduce chronic tonsillitis in just few days.
How to use- take 1 glass of warm water ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder pinch of rock salt. Gargle once in the morning and once before sleeping at night.
